Our Vision
The principals of this emerging, multi-concept restaurant Company have built a loyal following of customers and associates in the greater Minneapolis community for more than 20 years. RRH’s new concepts are designed to appeal to discriminating diners seeking a more high-level, memorable experience than provided by mass-market chains.
In keeping with this new dining paradigm, RRH is focused on serving the changing social and entertainment mores of consumers looking for unique food offerings, delivered by authentic hospitality in a high-energy, comfortable environment.
RRH currently owns two restaurants, EaTo, a casual Italian restaurant, bar and bottle shop, and Chloe by Vincent, a French bistro located in the Canopy by Hilton in the Mill City district. We also manage the food, beverage and hospitality for the Northstar Center in downtown Minneapolis.
